Scope of Work
The School Sisters of Notre Dame aimed to expand their digital outreach to better engage students and donors.
It's was very difficult for this non-profit to update their digital website as it was initially built in the early 2000's and hadn't been updated in close to 20 years.
For non-profits, having a strong digital presence and effective outreach is crucial for securing donations and operating successfully. To address this need, Three Peak Designs sought to empower the Educational Center and prevent similar challenges in the future. We transitioned their website to Wix, enabling them to manage it independently.

Designs and Iterations
We incorporated multiple donation and partnership options throughout the website, allowing for both one-time contributions and monthly support.
Ultimately, the School Sisters of Notre Dame are dedicated to helping others, but their mission relies on the goodwill and generosity of the community. Their original site featured just one donation option, but in our redesign, we created multiple donation sections and breadcrumbs throughout the site. This makes it easy for users to contribute or partner with them in their mission.
Problems Encountered
The School Sisters didn't want people to be able to sign-up online as they wanted to vet students.
This added a layer of complexity to the situation. To enhance your digital presence, it's essential to create a seamless user experience. While signing up online is certainly more convenient, the fact that students needed to visit the educational center wasn’t a significant barrier.
The real challenge lies in figuring out how to attract users to the building.
Adjustments Made
We provided as many digital downloads, forms and materials we could to entice students to sign up.
By providing sign-up forms, digital downloads, flyers and newsletters, we can provide potential students and donors the most amount of reasons possible to join their classes. This was also accomplished through gallerys of images from field trips!
High-Fidelity Designs
Overall, increasing visuals, galleries and interactive elements were huge additions.
By updating the visuals of recent events and fundraisers, we provided users with more engaging content than just plain text. They appreciated seeing their teachers and educators actively participating in fundraising efforts and giving their all to support the cause.
Post Launch and Live Site
The School Sisters of Notre Dame experienced an impressive 300% increase in digital inquiry forms, resulting in over 200 new sign-ups, along with a 24% rise in donations!
A strong digital presence is crucial for non-profits looking to attract donations, partners, and patrons. By implementing these changes, we witnessed a remarkable surge in engagement and support.
